2.4 Legal Capacity. By registering, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law, that you have not been excluded from gambling by any court order or self-exclusion mechanism, and that you are acting on your own behalf and not as a representative or agent of any third party.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active Account on the tg777 platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited. tg777 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any duplicate accounts and to void all associated balances and bonuses without prior notice.

3.2 Registration Information. All information provided during account registration must be accurate, complete, and current. 3.3 Account Security. 3.4 Account Verification. tg777 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to initial registration, at the time of a withdrawal request, when a Player's activity triggers internal risk monitoring thresholds, or upon reasonable suspicion of fraud or identity misrepresentation.

4.1 Accepted Methods. tg777 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and Visa/Mastercard. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. tg777 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Raast are typically reflected in the tg777 Account within sixty (60) seconds of successful transaction completion. Deposits via bank transfer or card may take longer depending on the payment network. tg777 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking networks.

4.3 Own Funds Only. Players may only deposit funds that belong to them personally. Depositing via payment instruments belonging to another person, or funding an account on behalf of a third party, is strictly prohibited. Any third-party payment detected will result in immediate account suspension and refund of the flagged transaction where technically feasible.

4.4 Currency. The tg777 platform operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees. tg777 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion is the sole responsibility of the Player and their payment provider.

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the Player's name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Processing Times. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed within two to four (2–4) hours of approval during business hours. Withdrawals to bank accounts are processed within one to three (1–3) business days, subject to the receiving bank's internal clearance timelines. tg777 does not charge withdrawal processing fees.

5.3 Wagering Requirements. Where a Player has an active bonus, the associated wagering requirement must be completed in full before real-money funds attributable to that bonus may be withdrawn. Players may forfeit their active bonus and withdraw their real-money balance separately, subject to verification of no ongoing wagering requirement breach.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. 6.5 One Bonus Per Player. tg777 promotional offers are available to one unique player per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times using different accounts or payment methods constitute a violation of these Terms.

7.1 Bet Acceptance. All sports bets placed on the tg777 platform are subject to acceptance by tg777. tg777 reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its absolute discretion, including where a bet is placed at clearly erroneous odds, where the integrity of an event is in question, or where internal risk limits have been reached.

7.2 Cricket and PSL Markets. tg777 offers ball-by-ball in-play markets on Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, Pakistan international cricket matches, bilateral series, and major international tournaments. In-play bets are settled on the basis of the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. Interruptions, weather delays, and revised results post-settlement may trigger void or re-settlement procedures in accordance with tg777 sportsbook rules.

7.3 Void Bets. A bet will be declared void where the event is abandoned, postponed beyond forty-eight (48) hours of the original scheduled start time, or where the selected market is determined to be invalid due to a data error. Void bet stakes are returned to the Player's Account balance.

13.4 Consequential Loss. tg777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

14.1 Voluntary Closure. Players may request permanent closure of their tg777 Account at any time by contacting tg777 support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following standard withdrawal procedures.

14.2 tg777-Initiated Suspension. tg777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where tg777 reasonably believes that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, poses a risk to the integrity of the platform, or where account closure is required by applicable law or regulatory instruction.

14.3 Balance on Suspension. Where an account is suspended due to a suspected breach of these Terms, the associated balance will be held pending investigation. If the breach is confirmed, tg777 reserves the right to forfeit the balance in whole or in part. Where no breach is substantiated, the balance will be returned to the Player.

15.1 Right to Amend. tg777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file, or via a prominent notice on the tg777 platform, at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

15.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the tg777 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14.1.

15.3 Current Version. The current version of these Terms is always available at tg777.asia/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into force.

16.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tg777 holds its international gaming licence. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.

16.2 Dispute Resolution Process. In the event of a dispute between a Player and tg777 arising from the use of the platform, the Player must first submit the dispute in writing to tg777 support, providing full details of the complaint. tg777 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

16.3 Escalation. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the Player may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution body specified under the tg777 gaming licence. Details of the applicable body are available upon request from tg777 support.

16.4 Jurisdiction. Subject to the dispute resolution process above, both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction for the final resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation or alternative dispute resolution.
